Western Blot analyses of explants treated with nutlin-3 reveal a concentration dependent increase of the amount of p53. A: Western Blot analysis of p53 of explants from an UL (case 700-1) treated with 30 μM and 50 μM nutlin-3 for 72 h shows a concentration-dependent increase of the amount of p53. Lane 1: marker SeeBlue Plus2 Pre-Stained Standard (Invitrogen, Karlsruhe, Germany), lane 2: control without nultin-3, lane 3: 30 μM nutlin-3, lane 4: 50 μM nutlin-3 (left to right).
