Leiomyomas usually express higher levels of p14 ^Arf and MDM2 than matching myometrium. Columns within each row give the relative expression of p14^Arf mRNA (A) and MDM2 mRNA (B) in myometrium (violett columns) and matching fibroids (blue columns) from one patient each as revealed by qRT-PCR.
