1Multiple health promoting practices is defined as having two or more of the following health promoting behaviours: being physically active, consulting an alternative health care provider, doing something in previous 12 months to improve health, consuming fruits and vegetables more than 5 times/serving per day.

2Multiple health risk is defined as having two or more of the following health risk factors: smoking, using pain relievers, binge drinking, being physically inactive, consuming fruits and vegetables fewer than 5 times/serving per day.
