  2. bThree women who were interviewed at the urban centre lived in villages more than 25 km from the urban centre, hence they were categorised as ‘rural’. Thus, out of the total twenty-four women interviewed, eleven were categorised as living in rural areas. Of the eleven rural women, six had participated in eligibility assessment and five in follow-up assessment. Amongst the thirteen urban women, eight had participated in eligibility assessment and five in follow-up assessment
