Pathological diagnosis: (bladder). The transitional epithelium under the mucosal lining of bladder tissue. Massive acute and chronic infiltration of inflammatory cells could be seen in parts of the epithelium and mesenchyme. Local hemorrhage and necrosis was also observed. The serosal surface showed infiltration of inflammatory cells and hyperplasia of the granulation tissue. The symptoms are in line with bladder perforation
