Magnetic resonance images showing a significant reduction of the uterus after 6 months of oral relugolix (40 mg/day). After relugolix therapy for 6 months, diffused adenomyosis mostly disappeared compared to the baseline. It is noteworthy that the size of the uterus, including fibroid and adenomyosis, shrunken to 15 cm in length and 8 cm in thickness
