Stages	Description
0	No prolapse [1, 17]
I	The leading-edge of the prolapse is 1 cm above the level of the hymen (> − 1 cm) [1, 17]
II	The leading-edge of the prolapse lies through the plane of hymen between − 1 cm and + 1 cm [1, 17]
III	The most distal portion of the prolapse is between + 1 cm and + 2 cm below hymen [1, 17]
IV	The complete eversion of the total length of the pelvic organ (> + 2 cm)
