 A) Axial T2-weighted MRI shows a large cervical mass with enrcirclement of the left ureter and subtle mucosal edema of the urinary bladder. Vaginal and rectal gel instilled prior to examination. Foley catheter in situ. B) Sagittal contrast-enhanced T1-weighted MRI with fat saturation shows a homogenously enhanced cervical mass expanding into the vaginal vault. C) Axial oblique contrast-enhanced T1-weighted MRI with fat saturation shows the circular tumor growth of the cervical mass.
