Nomogram predicting LNM in patients with early-stage cervical cancer. The probability of metastatic lymph node involvement is calculated by drawing a line to the point on the axis for each of the following variables: Age at diagnosis, histologic subtype, tumor grade, tumor size, and FIGO stage. The points for each variable are summed and located on the total points line. Next, a vertical line is projected from the total points line to the predicted probability bottom scale to obtain the individual probability of metastatic lymph node involvement. A total score of 110 was assigned a value of 0.05 and was defined as low risk for LNM. Grade I = Well differentiated; Grade II = Moderately differentiated; Grade III = Poorly differentiated; Grade IV = Undifferentiated
