A 44-year-old woman with 53-mm HR−/HER2.+ subtype in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast. Before NAC, A CC image of mammography showed a 50-mm extent of linear branching microcalcifications. After completion of NAC, B the size and density of the mass were decreased, but the extent of microcalcifications did not decrease on mammography. C A maximum intensity projection (MIP) image from MRI revealed a 55-mm heterogeneous mass with segmental enhancement to the nipple. After NAC, D the MIP image from MRI revealed only small enhancing foci in the upper breast. The patient underwent total mastectomy, and no residual invasive or in situ component was noted. This patient achieved pCR (ypT0)
